All the exercises teach breath coordination alongside the physical movement. It can be seen as a functional fitness system providing a range of advantages, including enhanced flexibility, core strength, muscle tone, balance and overall well being. This holistic exercise can help with stress relief in a supportive community that values health and wellbeing.
